Road Trip 4 in a Tesla Model S

leave a comment »

Heading up to Oregon to visit family. Hitting three superchargers on the way up. Total one way mileage 365.

First stop Vacaville Superchargers. Uneventful quick stop.

Second stop, Corning superchargers:

Easter egg!

No not the Tesla kind:

Third stop Mt. Shasta superchargers. Ate at Best Western’s bar and grill while we sat by the fire.

Day two.

Another found painted rock at the Grants Pass Superchargers near the Grants Pass Vsitors Center. #GrantsPassRocks

California is behind several States in percentage solar (or other renewables) although, the total solar is leading the country.

With help from electrical storage, California may lead the country in clean electricity at all hours.

Vehicle-to-Grid anyone?
